Most of the food served during the symposium is vegetarian or vegan and will be provided for admitted participants.

The symposium will take place in the Aula A11 building at the Haarentor campus of the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. 

Poster: The optimum size for your poster is DIN A0 portrait format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). Landscape formate is also possible, but not optimal.

The Aula A11 bulding at Haarentor campus (Ammerländer Heerstraße/Uhlhornsweg) is served by lines 306 "Universität", 310 "Wehnen/Famila-Center" and 324 "Infanterieweg". 

You can take the two bus stop "Schützenweg” or “Campus Haarentor” to reach the Aula building.
